Who we are
myCT1 (operated by CT1) is business management software for contracting companies. The platform provides CRM, estimating, job management, and invoicing tools. We operate from Fraser, Michigan, USA, and serve contractors nationwide. The site at myct1.com is our marketing site and the sign-in surface for paying business customers and the homeowner customers of those contractors.

Security practices
- All traffic is served over HTTPS with a valid TLS certificate. The site does not serve mixed content.
- Customer payments are processed exclusively through PCI-DSS-compliant hosted payment providers. myCT1 does not store card numbers or bank credentials on its own servers.
- Customer data is protected with per-tenant access controls (database row-level security) and role-based permissions.
- Authentication uses industry-standard password hashing managed by our authentication provider, with required multi-factor authentication for administrators.
